Alessandro Moscatelli- Italian Sommelier

Moved from Milan to Brisbane in 2014. After years in Queensland’s food and hospitality industry, he founded Profumo Wines bringing to life his passion for Italian wines.

Paola Secoli - Tour Manager

After working for several years as a tour leader in Italy and Europe, Paola moved to Brisbane in 2006. In 2009 she opened Progetto Australia, an agency specializing in tailor-made trips to Australia, NZ and Pacific Islands
